• Do I get to see it before you print? 

  • Yes. We will email you a digital preview within 24–48 hours of your order.

  • We won’t start the physical printing process until you give us the thumbs up!

• How long will it take to receive my order? 

  • Because every keepsake is custom-made, please allow 7–10 business days for production after you approve your proof.

• Do you offer revisions? 

  • Yes! We can make minor adjustments to the digital proof before printing.

  • Changing to a completely different reference photo after work has begun would require a separate conversation.

• Are these exact replicas of my pet? 

  • Think of these as dimensional art rather than a carbon copy.

  • We transform your photo into a 3D relief with a distinctive, tactile texture.

• Are these printed in color? 

  • No. We use colored filaments (Wood, Marble, Metal infused PLA) to build the color directly into the piece.

  • We do not use ink or paint.

• What kind of photos work best? 

  • Clear photos with good lighting and a visible angle (side or three-quarter views) work best.​

• Is the keepsake heat-resistant? 

  • Our keepsakes are 3D printed using PLA, which is heat sensitive.

  • Please do not leave them in hot cars or high-heat sunlight, as they can warp.

• How do I display my keepsake? 

  • They are lightweight enough for command strips or a picture stand.

​

• What if my order arrives damaged? 

  • Email us a photo of the item and the box within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
